The food was great, the room was nice and the facilities amazing. The Japanese staff were so nice and helpful but the reason for is less star is the lady at the front desk who was not Japanese was quite rude. Other than that this stay would have been 5 stars all round.

This hotel I just ok. The downside is expect to que for at least 2 hours checking in at 2 pm make sure you select a superior room still small but ok if only here for a few nights. The hotel has 1250 rooms so expect to line up for breakfast. Breakfast has a great selection. Hotel Restaurant extremely expensive but there are other rests nearby. Ten minutes walk to the Government buildings observatory with great views of the city

The laundry was very nice to have. We enjoyed both breakfast locations and the food selection was very good! The breakfast team replenished the food very quickly and sat people efficiently. The rooms were nice. They were not large, but there was enough room to be comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to the train station. You can access the hotel without having to leave the station via floor B1 at the hotel and toward the Keio Annex Mall in the station. Would definitely stay again.

Clean room, very cozy space, but was perfect for our short stay. The location was incredibly convenient and the breakfast in the morning was so nice. We went to the Japanese style buffet. It was a lovely experience. We really enjoyed it, especially because the airport limo (charter bus) takes you right up to the front door. Super helpful for my parent who has accessibility needs. There were also great amenities in the hotel lobby and umbrellas available on rainy days. Would certainly consider staying again!

Check in was busy and confusing. They have a semi self check in but had people there to help as it was not self explanatory with what you should do. We had a twin room which gave my husband and I a bit more space. Rooms were quiet even though there are a lot of people staying at the hotel. Water in the shower was not ideal as it was like warm at best, never hot - maybe this is due to the amount of people using water. Breakfast was also busy but an excellent buffet and well worth the money. This hotel was close-ish to Shinjuku Station which was nice; about 15 minutes. Worth the stay.
