Our entire stay was unpleasant, and we were extremely disappointed with the service. Everyone at the hotel was rude and did not accommodate our needs. It seemed like our room hadn’t been used or cleaned before our arrival. The bed sheets were dirty, not fresh, and there were bugs inside the duvet. Additionally, the room had a persistent foul odor, resembling sewer gas, which lasted throughout our entire stay. We requested a room change, but the front desk was unable to accommodate us.
We had booked an all-inclusive package, but the front desk failed to inform us that there was an additional fee for "preferred access." When we attempted to dine at one of the restaurants, we were rudely told we couldn’t enter because it was for “preferred” guests only and were informed we needed to pay for an upgrade.
To make matters worse, we discovered bed bugs in our room and left with numerous bites all over our bodies. As frequent travelers from Arizona who visit Cozumel twice a year, we were extremely disappointed by the poor quality of this stay. We will not be returning.
Upon check out I expressed my concerns to they guy that checked me out he just shrug his shoulders and said leave a review online.
