We stayed here for one night and it was OK. Good crash pad close to the train station. We felt safe, but the amenities poor in the bathroom is very small. The hotel is located inside a building on the fifth floor. There is an elevator. The bed is incredibly firm and the AC is hit or miss. We actually froze because the AC got stuck on the coldest setting. I will say the blackout shades were a lifesaver, but the area is very loud.

The location strikes the perfect balance - close enough to Termini for easy access, but situated in a calm, characterful neighbourhood rather than the chaos around the station. Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. What stood out most, though, was the staff - genuinely warm and attentive. Karen and Elena in particular made every interaction a pleasure. Rooms are very clean, staff is super helpful and very sweet! They even gave us some tips on where to eat and what to see. To me the most important thing is the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms and thats why I gave 5 stars. Location is convenient as well! One thing to improve would be to replace the shower curtains more frequently, everything else was perfetto!
