Worst service I’ve had and I travel a lot.
It was awful. First, check in time was 1500 and we didn’t receive the access code till past 1500 as it was a self check in service and there was no one to contact directly.
Then the ground key safes confused us as we couldn’t open the safe with the codes that the hotel provided us and there was a big sign saying we need to enter the codes to open the safe, turns out we didn’t need keys to enter the flat. We only found out after trying to open the key safe for a good 5 mins then decided to check if the flat was unlocked, and we found out the door was an electronic lock instead. We then realised the flat didn’t have WiFi and we were staying for 4 nights. So we had no WiFi for them nights and we did inform them on the first day which they kept telling us IT is fixing it. Till the last day, still no WiFi.
After check out, I asked when will the £100 will be expected to be released, they did not reply to that at all.
Overall, a very stressful transaction with the check in, and the during and check out. I would not stay here or recommend this place for anyone. Unless you’re not bothered with no WiFi, no customer support, and if you have a lot of time in your hands. A lot of these issues I’ve had could have been avoided.
