Perfect for family as well
Everything was impeccable. The spacious and comfortable dining area, the terrace with its stunning views, and the proximity to the beach made it a perfect choice. The parking lot was spacious and convenient, and the customer service was excellent. Next time I visit Hawaii, I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was amazing. However the renovations to the pool and park area was closed so that was a bummer but a short 5 min walk to the beach made up for it. The only real complaint was they were servicing the elevators during our stay and at times we waited 20 mins to get to our floor that was terrible. Also the washer was not working on our floor and that also sucked so im lugging a weeks worth of dirty laundry back home but overall our room was AMAZING The view was perfect and I will forwver stay at this location when I come back

Gorgeous!
Beautiful and clean condo in the heart of Honolulu. So much in walking distance. Spectacular views. Loved having the well-stocked kitchenette to save money by making our own meals. Spacious suite with high ceilings make going back to the condo feel like a breath of fresh air. The view of the mountains was lovely (we split our trip, a stay here with Mountain Views and one with ocean. Both gorgeous!) great communication with the company as well. Overall- would 100% come back!

Overall, the hotel is nice, with clean rooms, good location, easy/free parking, and full range of household appliances and kitchenware, which is a plus for families with children. However, there is no front desk service so we were not promptly helped when we had any questions as we could not find the entrance to the hotel/parking lot when we arrived at night. Another downside was that the recreation deck (pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ grills) was temporarily closed for renovations and the hotel gave us less than 2 weeks notice so we didn't even have enough time to look for an alternative hotel. This was disappointing as it is such a shame not to have a pool when travelling, especially with children.
But it is worth mentioning that Expedia’s customer service (Travers Service Resolution Team) provided great support and help in this matter. Special thanks to Suren K and we will definitely book with Expedia again in the near future given their excellent customer service.
