I am unable to rate this property because after I received confirmation of my booking prior to boarding my plane. Once my flight landed I was unable to reach the property by phone and received a message saying that my reservation was cancelled. The message was sent to WhatsApp and I was walking HCMC at midnight searching for a new hotel with language barriers. Horrible experience and with such a late same day notice the property should have made accommodations instead.
