I chose this place because of high ratings, which were obviously left by people with low expectations and lack of comparable experiences. While the room rate was reasonable, and the place is newer, overall, this place is BARE BONES. The elevator was not working (and I had learned from regular occupants that this is a regular issue), and I had to haul luggage up three flights of steps. The amenities were poor-- no toiletries-- one tiny bar of soap. No hairdryer, no coffee maker/station. The internet and cable access was also spotty. The towels were paper thin. An old sheet was used as the comforter. If you are desperate for a place to stay and are looking only for a bed and a shower, stay here. If you are looking for some kind of service do not stay here.
