amenities could be improved because there are none zero Nueve Nada at the moment. Not even a glass with which to get a cup of water and take some medication. No little machine to make a coffee or a tea no fridge to keep your drink cool or your pizza fresh no hot water that was the real killer the real dealbreaker architecturally. I love the space it is beautifully designed, but this place is not comfortable. I mean it might look good on the architects planning board, but they lived in experience is quite uncomfortable. I mean none of the rooms even have a chair. There is a wooden bench that you can sit on and it doesn't even have a back to support you so I get that somebody made these decisions but there's nothing comfortable about the space in my humble opinion, so I wouldn't return, but I do complement you on the look and design of the place all the best with your sales.

The Personel was very kind, the location is great and the price was very convenient, provided that i only stayed for 1 night, nevertheless, shoul I had to stay more time I would have gladly extended my stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel for the price rooms were clean. Great location on 5th ave, beach is walking distance away and also some good seafood restaurant near by one across the street and one around the corner. I would definitely book this hotel for another quick stay

Water issues. One day no water. Next two days no hot water—not uncommon for a MX hotel at this price point. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The hotel was in a great location.
Staff was very friendly, the only downside i had was my bathroom was damp very strong drainage smell.
Mould on the walls and around the shower, their needs to be a window or some kind of ventilation. My whole room just smelt of mould.

Small pool was excellent. Hotel is right on Quinta Ave, so location was good. People were friendly. There was a little construction going on. Had hot water once in three days. Only 2 cocharoaches in 3 days Also some cosmetic issues, crack tiles, paint splatter. But was pretty good

The Aria Hotel was Nice on the outside. The pools were nice and clean. We were upgraded to an Apartment because the room we chose was already taken. So that was a plus. The pictures were not the same for an apartment. Everyone was really super nice. Everything is near you for food and shopping . Highly recommend the restaurant inside the hotel. The only downfall was we only got 1 complementary room cleaning the rest we had to pay for. Also on second to last day it rained heavy and in our room it was leaking in several areas including on one of the beds. And lastly if you get one of the apartment, be ready to walk lots of flight of stairs everyday, since there is no elevator. At night time it’s a bit noisy and you can hear inside room. But it was manageable

The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful, though there was a bit of a language barrier. With the help of a translation app we were able to get the info I needed. It is located right on 5 ste that is walk-able with lots of restaurants and shops. It didn't get a 5 star rating because they could use newer beds with better support.

Coming from America I'm very grateful for the person who checked me in. They allowed me to check in early and helped me locate this horribly located place lol the no parking thing is very inconvenient. The power went out four times. They don't give you a blanket, just a fitted sheet. The boiler always turns off. It was not clean whatsoever. The only thing I like is the people were nice and they did not ask me for a credit card

Hotel Aria needs a new hot water heater??
I stayed at the property last year under a different hotel name. Since then the front section of the hotel has undergone some updating . I stayed recently in the front remodeled section. I had NO warm or hot water my entire stay. There is a small pool area that needs some sound restrictions for those using it. NO LOUD music ! The rooms are right next to the pool area. Hangers in the closet and a blow dryer in each room would be recommended.
I can appreciate the remodeling and updates and hope they continue to the rest of the back area of the hotel. Last year it was quiet in the back and I had hot water.
