The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. There were two long hairs in the tub when we got there. They stood out as they were dark on the white tub. Cleaning staff should have been able to see them clearly but otherwise the room was clean. We appreciate the solid bathroom door instead of a glass door.

Wasn’t too pleased. Was in town for the weekend and requested room to be cleaned 2 days in a row. Room was never cleaned all I got was an apology from front desk and no credit for future book. Asked to speak to manger and was told the manager would follow up.

The property was very clean. Our room had a trundle couch which was especially helpful since we were a group of 5. Breakfast was definitely one of the better continental breakfasts I have had, as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to other guests.

Upon check-in staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The hotel appeared clean and well put together. Room/hallway were quiet! The room was nice and clean and had ample space for us as a family with 4 small children. Our bathroom door didn’t lock because the wood trim around the door was already loose. The door would slide too far forward and hit the wood trim out of the way but it didn’t cause us any issues. The beds were comfortable and the streaming services on the TV were a plus for our kids to be able to watch movies. Our family loved the pool area. The water was cool but not cold, my toddlers really enjoyed the kiddie pool. The second day of our stay the big pool was out of service until later afternoon but they allowed us to stay and use the pool after we checked out. We will definitely stay here again!
