Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway to visit family and enjoy a fishing trip turned into a very disappointing experience. 1. Poor cleanliness and maintenance: Filthy floors and dishes, visible mold in multiple areas, broken ceiling fan, loose kitchen sink, falling wall panel, and a smoke alarm that randomly goes off. 2. Unacceptable accommodations: No water for 24 hours, very low shower pressure, uncomfortable and inadequate seating, and my asthmatic husband became sick during our stay. 3. Poor guest experience and customer service: being managed from the UK, Misleading water access description, excessive check-in requirements and emails, be prepared to send a picture of your ID, strict guest (you will be charged if they stay more than an hour) and noise restrictions, they have noise meters in the room, checkout cleaning chores despite the dirty condition upon arrival, and a promised refund that was never received.
