Perfect little hotel right inside the gates old towne that require NO stairs to get to (this is huge). Comes with a nice little breakfast and is easily accessible right onto the main streets. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

This is an excellent centrally located small property for a few days in Dubrovnik. The rooms are modern, clean and nice sized. Breakfast is ample, coffee is great and the service smooth. There is no lift, you have to walk with your luggage (or get a porter) from Pile Gate. But these are minor compared to being able to pop back to the hotel whilst visiting the small city. There is no reception area to relax, get a coffee or cold drink; but this is a very small 'functional' hotel - not a resort.

Great little hotel with only 8 rooms. Great staff and very clean. Breakfast was great. The only negatives are that the room was on the small side and it was a little warm at night as the air controls are restricted, also we were on the top floor with no lift which is fine except for when you arrive and check out with heavy bags. Would I stay here again - absolutely.

This hotel is a school hotel, so the timing of the reception is unusual (if you are someone who likes asking questions at any time it could bother you, we were perfectly happy with being autonomous in the evening). The staff is lovely, and the rooms were very clean. The location is the best if you want to visit the old town, and when we were there we didn't have any noise from the street.

Fantastic location right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. We were greeted by a friendly and super helpful reception desk, who even got our bags delivered to our 3rd floor room. Rooms are small and simple, but you don't spend much time there with fabulous Dubrovnik right outside your door. If I had a gripe, the air conditioning was not sufficient to keep up on a warm June day, and it was quite warm in the room the entire stay.
