This place is both beautiful and cozy. The space was welcoming, immaculate and well appointed.
We stayed for three days and really made full use of the apartment, especially the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked, including a fondue pot (but no gel burners!) and rachlette grill.
The laundry is convenient, but it requires coins. The directions were not the clearest and honestly at $900+ a night, laundry should be included as a courtesy, including detergent.
We also were only supplied two little shampoos and two lotions for five people on a three day stay. Larger bottles would be better and are more eco-friendly anyways. There were also only two kitchen napkins.
There’s a sauna but it is only open 3:30 to 9:30 pm. A sign by the sauna room rather than just the book would be helpful. Also given these apartments are open for families and sauna not separated by gender, at least bathing suits or towels should be required. Twice our girls returned back because they simply were not comfortable going into a sauna or steam room with other completely nude adult men.
Other than that, customer service was not the friendliest. It was also difficult to work through hotels.com and a private company. There was frequently a two step process. We did not receive instructions proactively. I had to call two times to learn that the keys would be left for us at the property. Again, for this price point, customer service should match the caliber of the space.
