2/10 Poor
Everything was a problem since the beginning. We had booked the place for 15 days (two rooms), believe me the staff is not responsive, no towels, no nothing in terms of facility. Breakfast was of poor quality, no proper room service, no proper cleaning service. Staff blames Expedia, but they are themselves to blame. They charge double the amount and give poor service to NRI customers. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
