Staff are very friendly, helpful and patient, especially in helping contact the booking platform regarding booking cancellations and setting up the breakfast buffet earlier since we had to leave for Hanoi earlier last minute. Housekeeping was also prompt in responding to changing of stained bath mats that were actually clean. The staff assured me that the floor mats were washed properly, except the stains couldn’t be removed. They chose a less stained mat for the exchange. Rooms were spacious and water heaters and AC were working. Breakfast includes hot piping pho and eggs made to order, ordered with the buffet service staff. Buffet spread included fresh fruits and vegetables and cooked items which we all enjoyed.
