Welcoming staff, clean modern rooms, great library/lounge area to hang out in with drinks, snacks and books to read. Online check-in was easy, and even got a pop up notification at the check-in booth letting me know I got a package delivered there. Excellent place to stay opposite a Lawsons and easy walk from Sapporo Station. Would definitely stay there again.

좋았던 점: 1. 신축이라 건물 외관과 내부 모두 깨끗했습니다. 청소도 매일 해주십니다. 침대와 베개 커버는 요청 시 교체해주십니다. 2. 일본 호텔인데도 방이 넓습니다. 트렁크 두 개를 펼치고도 공간이 많이 남습니다. 3. 침대 매트리스가 적당히 푹신하고 싱글 침대인데도 너비가 넉넉한 편이라 잠들기 편안합니다. 4. 편의점(로손)이 길 건너에 바로 있어 편합니다. 5. Jr삿포로역이 도보 8분 거리라 공항을 오갈 때 위치적으로 좋습니다. 저희는 여름에 묵었지만 겨울이면 트렁크를 끌고 가기 힘들 것 같다는 생각은 듭니다. 6. 엘리베이터 바로 옆 방이었는데도 소음이 없어 조용했습니다. 7. 직원들은 친절한 편입니다. 영어를 잘 못하시는 분이 계시지만 나머지 분들은 영어를 잘하셔서 소통에 어려움은 없었습니다. 8. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있고 수압도 좋습니다. 지금까지 가본 호텔 중 드라이기도 제일 좋았습니다. 불만족했던 점: 1. 갔던 호텔들마다 무료 생수가 사람 수대로 제공됐는데 이 호텔은 500ml 생수가 제공되지 않습니다. 직원에게 문의하니 원래 제공하지 않고 대신 2층 프론트 옆에 비치된 정수기 물을 종이컵에 따라마시라는 말을 듣고 황당했습니다. 10층 정도 되는 호텔인데 물을 마시고 싶을 때마다 엘리베이터를 타고 내려와 물을 따라 마셔야 한다는 게 불편하게 느껴졌습니다. 다 마신 생수병을 버리지 않고 물을 따라드시길 추천합니다. 2. 와이파이는 신호가 강한 편이지만 속도가 빠르진 않습니다. 인터넷 검색은 되지만 느린 편이고 증권 어플이나 유튜브는 아예 켜지지 않는 경우가 많습니다. 방 자체의 문제인지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 3. 조식을 추가해 먹었는데 기본적인 메뉴가 나와 굳이 추가해 드시지 않아도 될 것 같습니다. 생산지별 우유 3종, 요거트 3종이 나오고 샐러드, 스프카레(삶은 야채는 옆에 비치되어 있어 본인이 넣고 싶은 야채를 골라 넣을 수 있음), 쌀밥 등이 메인이고 그 외에는 간단한 메뉴들이 나옵니다. 바로 이전 숙소에서의 조식이 매우 만족스러웠던 것에 비해(가격은 이전 숙소가 1인당 5천원 정도 더 비쌌음) 가격에 비해 실망스러웠습니다. 그외: 여행객들을 위한 숙소라기보다는 비즈니스 호텔 느낌입니다. 공용 세탁실이 있고 드라이도 맡아주는 것 같습니다. 보통의 호텔들이 가족 단위 여행객, 중년 이상의 부부 여행객, 젊은 커플 여행객 등 층이 다양한데 새로 생긴 호텔이라 그런지 주변으로 출퇴근하는 젊은 직장인 분들이 많은 느낌입니다. 분위기 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

삿포로역과 가깝고 대학 바로 앞에 있어 아침 산책하기도 좋지만 친절하고 예쁘신 직원의 응대가 가장 기억에 남습니다. 쾌적하고 아주 깨끗한 룸 조식도 아주 맛있었습니다. 다음 기회에 삿포로를 찾게 된다면 또 가보고 싶은 호텔 입니다.

뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고 샤워시설이 잘되어있으며, 객실도 넓어 지내기 편했다. 2층의 휴게실에서 커피, 차 등을 편하게 마실 수 있고 직원분들이 정말 친절하셨다. 아침 조식도 기본적인 메뉴들이 나와 간단하지만 다 맛있었고 좋은 재료들로 만들어서 정성이 느껴졌다. 청결함과 친절함, 그리고 삿포로역에서 멀지 않아 적극 추천한다.

위치: Jr삿포로역 북쪽 출구 나와서 캐리어끌고 도보로 10분 안쪽이라 많이 안걸어도 되서 편하네요. 객실: 매우 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있습니다. 2인까지는 그럭저럭 묵을만 합니다. 전체적으로 건물과 시설이 깨끗합니다. 욕실: 욕조 폭이 넓어서 1인으로 목욕하기에 부족함이 없고, 온수도 매우 잘 나옵니다. 매일 반신욕 했네요. 직원: 서비스가 훌륭하고, 매우 친절합니다. 조식: 예약전에는 정보가 별로 없어서 신청을 못했는데, 막상 가보니 합리적인 가격대와 높은 퀄리티였습니다. 음식 종류를 늘리기보다는 적당항 가지수+고퀄리티로 선별하여 구성한 느낌입니다. 홋카이도 지역별 우유, 버터, 요거트,치즈를 비교하여 먹는 즐거움도 있습니다. 기계가 자동으로 만들어주는 팬케이크도 매우 편하고 태울 염려가 없어서 좋습니다. 그리고, 수프카레+게살크림고로케+버터라이스의 조합도 매우 훌륭합니다. 여기에 에스프레소+홋카이도 우유를 넣어서 라떼 만들어 드시면 조식값이 아깝지 않습니다.
