Having stayed at this property earlier this year in June 2026, my expectations were high. Unfortunately, our second stay on September 9 completely ruined our perception of this hotel. We will never stay here again.
The issues began immediately at check-in. We were given a ground floor accessible room with broken blinds on a window facing the parking lot. When I went to the front desk to request a room change, the manager insisted we had reserved an accessible room. He refused to move us, saying he couldn’t change the reservation since we had requested an accessible room through a third party. It wasn't until I produced my hard confirmation email proving I booked a standard room that he finally relented and moved us.
The second room was riddled with maintenance issues that were completely overlooked by staff. The toilet seat was broken, a shelf in the closet was broken, and the thermostat failed to function properly. We ultimately chose not to contact maintenance because our interaction with the front desk left such a bad taste in our mouths.
Two separate rooms with completely unaddressed maintenance problems is not a coincidence; it is a clear sign of poor management and a total lack of maintenance oversight. A manager should never misrepresent a customer's booking or refuse basic service. Avoid this location until they get their management and maintenance team in order. It used to be wonderful when new but is going downhill quickly.
