Staff here were excellent and the rooms had plenty of space Restaurant was useful and motel was handy for the ferry. Equipment and facilities in rooms were tired and jaded- Aircon and fridge both sounded like jet aircraft landing. There was a damp musty smell in the room as well

There was no microwave and iron in the room, and the room was very old. The beds were also very old and noisy. The blankets had yellow spots, and the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was not well-maintained. I will not stay again in this Motel again. The good thing was the location close to stores and highway.

We stayed for two nights after the ferry was cancelled. Clean rooms and good amenities. The rooms also had heat pumps which was great. The beds could use an upgrade and the bathroom could use a refresh. Decent value for the price we paid. Close to stores and the NL Ferry.

The Staff was exceptional upon my late arrival, after being delayed on the ferry. He was a very kind and helpful. Upon entry to my room, I noticed how clean it was and so spacious! The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a body wash instead of face soap for the shower. However with that being said I could have brought my own in and didn’t haha. I’d say this was a wonderful place to stay and will book after every ferry crossing because it’s so close and it was nice to wake refreshed and drive to NB alert! Great job on your hired team!

This was a lovely place to stay. The front desk staff were kind and helpful and our room was spacious and clean it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and Walmart and other stores are a short drive or walk away. It was too cold for the pool to be open but it looked very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
