Initial check in was rough. My miss was in the lobby at the time frame and couldn't reach me as I was on a plane over the Pacific, so she called to the number I had for contact. After no answer she had no other options so she tried again. Once she did reach the contact she was questioned, "why do you keep calling?" The other number provided was for the building reception which has no involvement in the renting of the individually owned condos so she was literally calling the only number we had. OK so once she did finally get in contact with the agent who would let her in she looked over the place and indicated there was a very strong smell of cigarettes (which are in the rules as not allowed) and the spigot feeding water to the laundry machine was physically cracked so that "feature" was useless (and remained so for the entire stay). The cooking equipment was fairly lacking and the single pan in the unit was rusty and we did not want to use it. She had to pay a deposit in cash (1,000PHP) to be allowed to begin the stay. The light in the bathroom flickers and goes out after a time. Once I landed and was ready to come in the agent said I had to wait until 2PM before I could be let in. I did manage to get the contact (owner?) to give me a pass to show the desk to let me in. I emailed the address provided about the spigot (no reply even after checkout) with a picture for clarity. Move out went fine but the return of cash deposit took 2 and a half days for e-transfer. The bed was
