From 9am to 9pm this ‘small’, simple and very clean hotel with a great view over the city is highly recommended.
But from 9pm to 9am it’s a different story.
The entertainment in the evening is of really mixed quality, but the worst part is that it is extremely loud and often goes on until midnight. One of my personal favourites is Dj Domingo who shows pictures of himself as a baby, but also weird pictures of cats and horses on a big tv screen while playing music. The best part is, that the other guests didn’t seem to mind. Felt like hidden camera.
There is also a hotel “hype” man who tries waaay to hard and ends up being offensive and aggressive in his behaviour. He likes to shout really loud in the microphone. Also after 11pm.
We lived on the top floor and it was super hot in the evening and at night. With no aircon, we had a hard time sleeping. The crazy loud evening entertainment from the pool/bar didn’t help us falling asleep.
Last but not least, a lot of the other guest ‘reserved’ sun beds before the pool opened, but didn’t use them until hours later. The staff didn’t do anything about it.
A beer is 3,9 euro which is a little expensive compared to the bars and restaurants nearby.
Solution for the hotel: install Aircon or at least some fans and stop the loud music at 11pm. It would improve this hotel a lot. Sadly, bad sleep every night affects the rating. 3/5 stars.
