The water pressure in the shower was the only thing that could use some attention. This is a beautiful hotel in a really convenient location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, the room was clean, and the location was perfect for a Creighton visit. The shuttle service was convenient, and the drivers were helpful. On the downside, there’s a courtyard/patio area where music plays 24 hours a day, so sleeping with the windows open isn’t practical. We also requested a late checkout the day before and were told it wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked. However, when we mentioned this at checkout along with having to spend an extra two hours at the airport we were told we actually could have stayed longer. By then, we had already packed and come downstairs. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.
