It is truly a Bed and Breakfast, not a hotel. The room was clean, and furnitured in a good style and we basically enjoyed staying there. Andrea, the owner, is very kind and helpful, he is available nearly anytime, he puts a lot of effort to make your stay more enjoyable, in his appartement and in the town also, he gave us good tips about the city.
But I can't say, our stay was perfect, the room was too small even for a couple to put our belongings to anywhere, the tall closet had only one shelf and the large space inside was not really usable. The air conditioning was okay only if we turned it on when we left the room and turn it off, when arrive, as it was too windy and cool to stay in a room while it is operating even on the lowest power level. Also, the ground floor room was not assuring, we did not feel it a safe place, and we cannot even change clothes without closing the windows and the outer darkeners as anyone could see us, due to the lack of curtain. The photos were speaking about spacious, elegant rooms, it was some kind of disappointing to meet the reality.
The breakfast was the same in every morning, two croissant and toast with butter and jam/honey. But the location in the city made it altogether a good price/value option to stay in Rome.
