My room was prepaid thru hotels.com However, my card that I used to check in with was accidentally charged another $95. I have called the hotel and they said an a refund was issued last Monday. Now it is a week later and I still have no refund and nothing has been offered to remedy the station on my behalf.

We did not have a pet. The staff was wonderful. Jamie was at the desk when we came in and helped us figure out the TV remote. It was one we were not familiar with. The next morning Jo Ellen took the time to talk to us and did tell us where the ice machine was. It had snowed all night and there was a lot of snow on our car, and we did not have our big brush. She was so nice to clean off our car. Everything was neat and clean the lobby and the bedroom. Comfortable bed. There was a nice large bathroom. We will definitely stay there again. Gabrial was at the desk when we left, and we spoke to the manager. It has all just been renovated and just officially opened in November. We highly recommend it!!! The room and property was updated and clean. The breakfast was quite nice and staff were helpful with any questions. I did not care for the heating system as air blew out next to my bed and it turned off and on all night. We tried turning the heat off, but the room got too cold. The shower was not very warm in the morning. I felt the cost to value was poor. They increased the cost significantly because a large swathes m meet was happening nearby. The largest disappointment was when we asked if we could check in early before our grandson’s portion of the meet started. They told us our room was ready, but it would cost $50 to check in early. Hmmm…
