The hotel itself was fine and as expected. However, it was understaffed with one person at check in. She was nice, but couldn't handle the demand - the technology was not working, so I stood in line twice for over 20 minutes each time to be helped. My room was not ready at check in time and was asked to come back later or wait in the lobby, but did not feel comfortable staying in the common areas, because of what what really caused me to give a low review of my stay which was the sheer number of construction workers that had finished their shift for the day and were all over the property (at the end of the work day and through the evening). They were lounging in cars in the parking lot, sitting in the outdoor patio area listening to music and hanging around in the lobby. I do believe they were staying there, as they were all in the lobbing for breakfast the next morning, but as a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe.
