The hotel had everything you might need for a stay; market, coffee shop, bar, and walking distance to Disney Springs. Staff was great. Garden room are very weathered/well used.

Great location for Disney Springs
Close location to Disney Springs. Rooms were clean. Building is old. Coffee shop in the lobby was open early so easy to grab a coffee before heading to the parks. Great that this hotel gets the Early Morning Hours at Disney Parks. Cons: For the bus service you had to reserve a spot, we did not reserve our spot in time for the first bus, so we had to Uber each day - very easy and cheaper than paying for parking at the parks.

Noisy!!
The grounds are beautiful but it is so noisy. I heard the blow dryer from another room. The toilet flush from the room above us. The doors are loud.

Great location
Pros: Location was great if you are wanting to visit Disney Springs. Front desk staff were nice, friendly, and informative. Shuttle to and from the parks were great. Very clean property. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Cons: We were on the Sunrise side of the building and it seemed very dated. Personal opinion, it should not have carpet in the room. The day we were leaving, a maintenance man came twice early in the morning with no warning from front desk staff. No fan in the bathroom. Beware of the typical invitation for Wyndham property timeshare sales pitch. Overall, would I stay there again, probably.

We thought the place was a hotel rather than a motel. The noise from outside was constant and the wind blew through the door frame. The hallways were almost always slick and there were fruit flies in the room that we did not bring with us. Upon check-in, we were also held up by someone who insisted we hear about time shares while we just wanted to get to our room. The rate was much lower than a Disney property, but with parking and resort fees tacked on, the difference was not significant enough.

The shuttle to Disney that you have to reserve had a 5:00 pm last trip policy which we were unaware of. 5:00pm is pretty early for a last shuttle, especially if you are checking in at 4:00pm.

Horrific Experience!!
Horrible moldy smell. Heater kept popping loudly when starting cycle. Roaches in bed and roach fell on me from heater vent above sink in bathroom while brushing my teeth. Room was an outdoor accessible unit on ground floor in the parking lot. Looks like they painted over mold and mildew… pile of black curly hair on floor of bathroom. I have lots of photos. Checked in around 4:00 and couldn’t sleep after a 16 hr commute… checked out and told manager of conditions. She stated she would notify you to refund entire stay. Still waiting for refund. Her name is Willette Ellerbe.
