Great hotel if you you have small children with you. We stayed in May half term so was a real struggle to get sun loungers, if you didnt get up at 5.30 you weren't getting one around the main pool. None of the parasols had the bar attached to be able to put them up so would have to search for a stick to be able to use them. AL options are very limited for the size of the hotel, more often than not there would be no deserts available. Unfortunately while we were there, there was a stomach bug going round (nothing to do with the hotel) rooms were cleaned daily, the maids works really hard as do the entertainment team. On a whole not a bad holiday, we were a party of 9 and the kids absolutely loved it.

Receptionisterna är supertrevliga o hjälpsamma. Rent varje dag.
Passar endast till småbarnsfamiljer med inte mycket krav på mat. Du behöver ha bil. Städerskorna öppnar dörren på dig redan vid 8 på morgonen.

Litt slitte rom, fint uteområde, godt utvalg på mat, veldig greit med flere bassenger og oppdeling på området. Mange steder med forskjellig mat og drikke. Bra med organiserte aktiviteter for alle og alle aldre.

Lapsiperheelle hyvä majoituspaikkana, kun ohjelmaa ja palveluita oli tarjolla. Kova ohjelma mekkala n.23 saakka mutta sen jälkeen hiljaista.
All inclusive alkaa tökkimään viikon ajan mutta kävimme lähistöllä syömässä välillä. Rannalle ilmainen bussi joka päivä, mikä oli helppo.
Sängyt huonot, kun petauspatjat puuttuivat kokonaan.
Biljardi ja muut pelit maksullisia.
Pienten lasten kanssa toimii ja hyvät yhteydet, helppo lomailla!!

Arrivo notturno e la camera non era pronta: lenzuola del cliente precedente, pavimento sporco, nessun asciugamano. Siamo stati invitati a recarci in reception a prendere il necessario per prepararci la camera per il nostro arrivo!!! Mai visto, tantomeno in un hotel che si classifica 4 stelle!
Il giorno dopo ho esposto le mie lamentele ad una poco professionale receptionist mora che si è presa gioco delle mie lamentele. Nemmeno una misera saponetta nel set di cortesia - in compenso le signore delle pulizie nei giorni seguenti sono state molto attente e cortesi! Non avevamo previsto di sfruttare granché l'all inclusive, più che altro a colazione, ma la prima mattina ciò che ci siamo messi nel piatto era semplicemente disgustoso! Ci siamo fermati anche due volte a cena e una a pranzo, ci siamo serviti dal buffet dei bambini per mancanza di opzioni decenti. Mai vista un po' di pita o del pesce commestibile, solo piccoli pesci pieni di spine. Camere rumorosissime! Nessun segnale di non disturbare, le cameriere entrano in stanza prima delle 8. Nessun decoro nella stanza. Il balcone è un patio fangoso, in condivisione con altre camere e sedie rotte e sporche. Impossibile avere un bicchiere perché "poi me lo perdi". Nessun piano di appoggio nel bagno

Altaat tosi kivat. Ruoka kävi hieman yksipuoliseksi, mutta viikon matkalla ihan Ok. Hotellilla olevaa kauppaa ei kannata käyttää!!! Iltaisin oleva myyjä yritti ainakin meitä huijata antamalla liian vähän vaihtorahoja takaisin ja teki sen ihan tarkoituksella reaktiosta päätellen. Siivoojat olivat mukavia ja huone siistissä kunnossa.

Good stay despite some flaws
Overall a good stay but a few negative points.
Food is ok, but not more. Mostly "Brittish" tastless food. Almost the same every day.
Beds and pillows are very hard.
Most of the activites during the day by the pool were for adults and not kids. Very strange.

I spent the last 2 weeks here with my boyfriend and it was the second time for us in Cyprotel Faliraki. I loved every bit of it (even if a renovation for the rooms would be appreciated in my opinion): food is ok and the hotel is really big. I'm not a big fan of animation etc, but I think thats gorgeous for family with kids (they seem having a good time too). I had fun and I felt home. The staff is so lovely, a special thanks and a big good luck to Phaidra. And Miranda it was very nice to see you again!

Non cascateci....
Teribbile. Albergo anni 60, lontano dal mare, 25 minuti di cammino facendo le stradine interne. Il cibo é sempre uguale. Non è mai variato in una settimana. Wurstel e fagioli a colazione, pranzo e cena. Il ristorante é pieno di mosche. Per entrarci ci toccava fare la coda per 30 minuti in quanto i posti sono limitati. La pulizia delle stanze si limita a riordinare il letto. Le bevande sono servite ad un unico bar con 5 tavolini. I baristi sono in due a servire per cui anche per prendere un bicchiere d'acqua la coda era lunghissima sopratutto verso mezzogiorno e dopocena. Le piscine sono belle, l'acquaparc e un valido divertimento per tutte le età, peccato per i lettini, non si trovava uno libero nemmeno pagandolo. Venivano occupati durante la notte oppure bisognava mettere la sveglia alle 6 del mattino per andare in piscina e riservarne uno. Lo staff e cordiale e disponibile.
