Old hotel, not even close to be a 4 star
My expectations was for a 4 star hotel, but this is way far from it. It’s an old place with everything under a 2-star hotel including bed sheets, towels. For the price paid it’s a shame.

Equipe muito gentil e atenciosos, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar, chão escorregadio de produtos, cabelos no chão, as repartições da estantes sujas que chegou sujar as bolsas que guardamos, teve dia que não foi retirado todo o lixo. Café da manhã bom, mas nada de surpreendente.

O hotel possui um ótimo restaurante com excelente carta de vinhos. Muito bem localizado e staff eficiente. Achei o tamanho do quarto adequado e confortável. O chuveiro era bom! Poderia ser melhor! Pontos a melhorar: local do café da manhã muito apertado. Fiquei em uma fila de espera por uma mesa. O café servido é muito ruim. Fraco e sem gosto de café. Poderiam adquirir máquinas de café, como fazem os outros hotéis. Achei os itens servidos, muito simples. Sem bolos ou outras iguarias presentes nos cafés de hotéis brasileiros. Outro ponto é o estacionamento pago - R$ 19,00 , Caso, não consiga uma vaga em frente do hotel.

Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel da rede: banheiro muito muito sujo, não foi lavado e nem passou por nenhum tipo de limpeza nos últimos meses. Roupa de cama com manchas e marcas de ferrugem.
No momento do meu checkin, fui ao banheiro que fica na recepção do hotel, e o banheiro estava sujo e com fezes amostra. Sinalizei com cautela pra recepcionista para pedir p alguém tomar uma providência, a mesma só disse que quem limpa não estava.
Nos dois dias que tomei café, não havia suficiente para todos que estavam no salao, não haviam funcionários para atender a demanda de repor o buffet e fazer limpeza do ambiente, as mesas lotadas de pratos sujos, presenciei um hóspede sinalizando falta no buffet e a funcionária disse que não era função dela. Vi um casal de hóspedes saindo sem comer.
No entanto, o que mais estou horrorizada é com a falta de limpeza do quarto.
