Clean room with super friendly staff at the reception. They also helped me with a Yamato booking to get my luggage delivered seamlessly to my next hotel in Osaka. It is also super close to the store at Ginza and two subway stations. Definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was in a great location. Lawson's right next door, restraunts right next door, less than a five min walk to metro. Safe area and walkable to lots of shopping and food options.
Rooms and property super clean and staff was so friendly and helpful.
Rooms were on the smaller size compared to North America standards but still comfortable.

The staff were very helpful, patient and out going. I’ve stayed in 2 sotetsu fresa inn hotels now both times visiting Tokyo and they don’t fail to uphold good service & etiquette, the fact the hotels have vending machines, laundries & change machines is an honest life saver for any and all scenarios
