The reason why I chose this hotel is because was inexpensive and located around the bus station where I arrived. My sorprise was the I was told that my room is about 15 minutes away walking. I start walking looking for the place, I had to take a taxi. The place is so far away from downtown, too bad. I should give a star for that. I

Desconocieron una reserva hecha para 3 personas en 2 habitaciones proponiendo dar hospedaje en una sola, sin aire acondicionado y sin chapa en puerta. Eso no es servicio. Pésimo servicio.

No hay de servicio de restaurante, solo te dejan una toalla y medio rollo de papel tienes que pedirlo en la recepción aún cuando la reserva es para dos personas , el desayuno es solo un día y de muy mala calidad yo me hospedé 3 días

Buena ubicación, siempre alguien en recepción para atender. La habitación sucia, el baño en malas condiciones y sucio, no tienen toallas de manos, sin amenidades, falta de mantenimiento. Además no hicieron el servicio de limpieza en la habitación al siguiente día.

Mi reservacion era por tres adultos y un menor, el menor es de 17 años asi lo puese en la pagina de Hoteles, aun asi me cobraron el menor como adulto, tambien tenian dos reservaciones , no se porque?? a lo que me hechaban la culpa.. muy raro.les falta a los recepcionistas capacitacion, es mi experiencia porqie no eran nada amables.

Llegué la habitación que me habían asignado no la habían limpiado de los huéspedes previos y nos dieron otra habitación contigua y no teníamos llave teníamos que pedirlos a de la recepción que nos fueran a abrir, el desayuno muy malo y las habitaciones regulares. En general muy mal

Me dieron el control de la tv que no servía, solo me pusieron una toalla, siendo que yo reservé y PAGUÉ para DOS personas, no me entregaron mis pases para el desayuno, al momento de que lo estaba tomando fueron a molestarme pidiéndomelos, el desayuno descepcionante, totopos, salsa, frijoles y huevo. No regresaré a ese hotel.
