Check in was great! Check out was miserable. I was late checking out and the staff went crazy. Repeatedly banging and yelling at the door. Calling twice when I told them I was running late due to extreme back pain. I was at the front desk at 11:27 a.m. and was charged $50 late fee. I understand if they have to charge a late fee, but they had me so stressed out by the time I was able to leave I had to sit in my car for a while before I could drive. If it weren’t for such a pleasant check in I would have given this location a rating of one star. I won’t be returning to this location next time I stay in the Mobile area.
