Nice, Convenient Hotel

When we checked in, the lady decided on her on that we should have a more convenient room than the one assigned to us, so she changed it! You can't beat that!! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Location was great. The breakfast was super. Our two days in Geneva was memorable and relaxing. I am sure that having the Hotel Rousseau as our home base had a lot to do with that.

Nice, clean hotel, great comfortable and big bed, location is fantastic right in the heart of the city, close to amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distance from the main train station, and next to the lake Geneva! Great! Offered continental breakfast at extra cost which was tasty. The room was large and comfortable. I’m general a very nice stay. Staff were friendly. I would recommend this place.

Lovely hotel in a superb location. Only reason i didnt give it 5/5 stars is becuase my daughter did not have any bedding or a bed when we arrived in our room. It was rectified when we notified reception. They helped pull out the Sofabed and provided us with the bedding she needed. Rest of the stay was perfect. Thank you x

Rooms are tiny and cramped, over stuffed with furniture so it is difficult to navigate the space. You get exactly one towel per person, and one blanket. If you ask for another, you may be questioned as to why you need this blanket or towel. If he deems your request valid (in his opinion) you may get one. This was ok and sort of humorous for one night to sleep but no need to go back.

The room looks absolutely nothing like the property, the room was hot without AC, dark, old. Impossible to sleep without open windows, and there was train disruption and jackhammers literally all night. We arrrive early, the receptionist through key at us and told us to find the luggage storage.
