スタッフの不審な入室と、トラブル対応の不備について
ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、美しいサンセットを楽しむことができました。レストランからの眺めも魅力的でした。内装や客室については、シンプルで落ち着いた印象です。
しかしながら、滞在中の対応には大変残念な点がありました。
チェックイン時に「ターンダウンサービスは不要」と伝えていたにもかかわらず、部屋に入って15分ほどのタイミングで、水着に着替えていたところ、男性スタッフがノックもなくマスターキーで部屋に入ってきました。スタッフは「間違えました」と言い残してすぐに立ち去りましたが、時間帯や状況を考えても非常に不自然で、不信感を覚えました。
すぐにロビーで事情を説明し、理由の確認をお願いしましたが、「分かりません、申し訳ありません」との一言で終わってしまい、誠実な対応とは感じられませんでした。
さらに、外出から戻ると、依頼していないターンダウンサービスが実施されており、翌日にフロントマネージャーに伝えたところ、チェックイン時の状況も把握されておらず、館内での 情報共有がまったくされていないことが明らかになりました。
そのほかにも、海でけがをした際にフロントに相談しましたが、特に助けを得られず、不親切な対応に失望しました。
ただ一人、後から対応してくださったスタッフの方が、親身になって話を聞いてくれたのが唯一の救いでした。
施設の立地や景観が素晴らしいだけに、スタッフ対応やサービス体制の改善を望みます。現時点では、他の方に安心しておすすめできるホテルとは言えません。

4月6日に宿泊させていただきました。
ホテルは白を基調としていて、とても清潔感があります。ホテルの目の前が海でゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができました。朝食も野菜、オムレツ、生ハム、飲み物等どれも絶品。急なアクティビティの依頼にもスタッフの方が丁寧に対応して下さり、とても感謝しています。

조식먹을때 바다뷰가 이뻤고 조식은 재패니즈(생선고기중선택)웨스턴(계란요리 중택1 고기 )중 선택이었어요 객실넓고 직원분들 친절하고 잘 챙겨주셨습니다 요청딜리버리도 빠르고 세탁실도 좋고 하우스키핑 청소와 턴다운도 완벽했습니다 로랑페리에 샴팡과 함께하는 해피아워도 행복했습니다 아쉬운건 4층건물이라 좀더 고층으로 지었으면 코너스윗이 더 멋있었을텐데 그게 아쉬웠어요 그리고 레스토랑이 하나라 디너가 프랜치로 운영되는데 이탤리였으면 좀더 해외관광객에게 선택의 폭이 좋을것같은 호텔입니다
