Great hotel with a wonderful staff right near Tokyo Station and the Ginza line- can get anywhere in Tokyo from these 2 lines, even the bulletin trains to other cities. The room I booked had 2 connecting rooms, perfect for families. The bathrooms had great amenities and I loved the pajamas they gave us to use

Excellent location and service. We checked out for travelling three days out of the city and was able to leave our luggage for when we returned. When we did our second check in, our luggage was already in our room. Very great amenities and helpful staff.
