This may very well be the best boutique hotel we have stayed at in 35 years of global travel. The owners, Fred and Teresa were wonderful, the hotel has an amazing history and the renovation is just amazing. It was quiet, safe and isn’t a very exciting and migrant neighborhood in old San Juan. It is a great starting place to explore the city.

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever been, i have been in luxurious resorts before, but this guesthouse has a very special vibes that warmed my heart. We just returned from 2 nights here, what a wonderful experience. The hospitality, service, cleanliness, location and breakfast are all 5-star. Kudos to this small family run "guest house" they do a wonderful job and are always there if you need anything. There are many places to choose from in Old San Juan, but this one is a gem and an easy choice. We enjoyed having our little oasis in the middle of this crazy old town, with a really nice homemade breakfast to start each day.
