I waited in line from 11:30pm to almost 1 in the morning to check in. Other guests and myself while in line were cheering ourselves up, but also noticing how rude the few people working were being. Lengthy small talk, jokes, uneeded changes, time consuming updagres. I was there for court the next day, and most of the line was there for a convention. We were not there to party and wait in line till 1pm. When it was my turn, the lady abrubtly walked away from me and started helping a couple already being helped get the upgrade they wanted. I didn't understand what was going on. I said, "That's rude and not fair." I then got LECTURED that she doesn't care how long I've been waiting, she's been checking people in that long too (at her job) I was trying to go to sleep. And I said "Excuse me man, I miunderstood you were helping them, and sending a new girl to help me. But it's inconsiderate to do that sort of stuff when your grossly understaffed and there's a line out the door at 1am. I'm not insulting you, I'm a paying customer. This is feedback. She said "Uh nope I'm not putting up with you sir. Goodnight. Denied check in. Wouldn't let me say sorry. She made up her mind based on valid and constructive non insulting feedback from a customer who just stood in like after midnight on a Tuesday to check in. And all of the sudden I was literally on Fremont Street at 1 am walking down the street scrambling to find a room. I went to sleep at the plaza at 3am that night. THE WORST
