For the price, it's solid. A little old and slightly banged up, but clean and well-kept. Room was nice and quiet despite being in the heart of a party. Sucks that there's no on-site parking but there's a very cheap garage two blocks away ($14 for overnight). Would stay again

A decent place to stay for a few nights. The hotel is a bit worn, with some minor renovations that had been done. The noice inside the room (201) was quite loud, from the road and the AC, so bring earplugs.
The food from the resturant was good, and the location was excellent.

As a returning traveler to Miami for Art Basel and a returning guest at Hotel Chelsea, I would have to rate my stay at the hotel as EXCELLENT!
The centralized location can't be beat, the food at the attached restaurant is excellent, and the Management and staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating!
Many thanks to the hotel's Manager Zaira, and the wonderful Luis and the helpful Eric at the front desk!
I can't wait to stay at the Hotel Chelsea again and I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family!!!
