Restaurant had a great breakfast .
Right in the middle of things near south beach

For the price, it's solid. A little old and slightly banged up, but clean and well-kept. Room was nice and quiet despite being in the heart of a party. Sucks that there's no on-site parking but there's a very cheap garage two blocks away ($14 for overnight). Would stay again

The sheets were covered in makeup and stains and the room felt extremely outdated. The redeeming part was the restaurant downstairs had very nice staff and good food.

A decent place to stay for a few nights. The hotel is a bit worn, with some minor renovations that had been done. The noice inside the room (201) was quite loud, from the road and the AC, so bring earplugs.
The food from the resturant was good, and the location was excellent.
