The breakfast and coffee were wonderful! We had to catch an early bus and the staff made a to go breakfast bag for each of us including a bottle of water. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly, unfortunately the elevator was very loud and heard down the hall. Also the walls of the rooms are very thin and sound easily passes through. Location is very close to the Rome train terminal which is helpful but a good hike from all attractions. Lastly ran out of hot water very quickly so we had to boil water in the included kettle for any baths. Good hotel, but definitely not worth the price.
