Overall great stay. Loved how close the train was and how central it is to many cities. Lots of food options around the area and walkable to other parts of Tokyo. Very kind & helpful with luggage forwarding as well. Best part about the room was the huge tub.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very clean, provides good amenities, extremely close to subway stations and convenient stores. In a good location that is walkable, but not so crowded and loud. Good place to come back to after a day of exploring.

I greatly appreciate the staff's help with my special requests, including sending luggage via Yamato transport . The local area doesn't have that much to offer tourists itself, but is a good central point to explore Tokyo. This hotel is also helpfully located directly opposite an entrance to the metro (no elevator though).

I booked this neighborhood on the advice of Reddit posts who noted it's a good central base to explore the different parts of the city, and they were right. I was aware beforehand Akasaka is not a tourist attraction area in its own right.
As for the hotel itself, I really appreciate the hotel staff for fulfilling my special request and always responding promptly to my Expedia messages. In person, they continued to be very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and sufficiently spacious for one person. If I have a nitpick then there are only two washing machines, and the standard wash dry cycle still leaves clothes wet. If no one is waiting then you can do a drying cycle in 30 min increments, but otherwise you might want to bring a travel clothesline.

Leggendo le recensioni ho trovato giudizi contrastanti ed ero un po' preoccupata, ma devo dire che in realtà sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa.
A livello di amenities, è stato senza dubbio l'hotel nel quale ho soggiornato che ne offriva di più: accanto alla reception era possibile prendere non solo i classici spazzolini con dentifrici, rasoi, cotton fioc, elastici, ma erano disponibili anche protezione solare, struccante, latte viso, lozione idratante, maschere in tessuto per il viso, cerette.
La stanza era una doppia con letti singoli.
Non era una stanza molto grande e lo spazio tra i due letti era appena sufficiente per il passaggio di una sola persona, ma nel complesso per noi andava bene.
Pulizia più che buona.
La posizione è ottima: la fermata della metro è proprio davanti l'hotel e si può arrivare, senza cambi, in molte delle zone più richieste, come Shinjuku, Shibuya, la stazione centrale, ecc.
Anche Asakasa stessa è molto interessante da scoprire, vi consiglio un giro per scoprire i templi lì vicino.
Avendo pagato un prezzo medio di circa 110€ a notte, (quando il cambio con lo yen non era superiore a 160 e con il weekend incluso) reputo che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato molto buono.
