Siamo stati accolti molto bene. Le spiegazioni erano ottime e ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Ogni giorno alla ricezione il personale era premuroso per rispondere alle nostre domande. Ci hanno offerto anche l'ombrello per una giornata di pioggia. Camere grandi e pulite. Il bagno un po' datato ma funzionante e pulito. Colazione ottima variegata e fresca ogni giorno. C'era anche il latte senza lattosio. Ottimo anche il personale di servizio sempre attento ad ogni richiesta. Posizione dell'Hotel ottimo per visitare Madrid a piedi. Alla partenza ci hanno chiesto se serviva un trasporto per l'aeroporto o se volevamo lasciare il bagaglio dopo il checkout. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Estive no hotel por 2 dias, em uma viagem com uma amiga e minha mãe. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, no centro de Madrid, fizemos tudo a pé. As acomodações muito boas. A equipe de funcionários foi muito simpática, gostamos muito e só temos elogios. Pudemos guardar as malas depois do checkout e isso foi de extrema importância para nós. Voltaríamos a esse hotel com certeza!

Breakfast is ok, nothing special I would say. Not even cold milk for the cereal. This is a simple but clean hotel with good location just off Gran Via. Short distance to most things either by walking, metro or taxi. Very friendly service. We forgot the AirPods in our room (without noticing ) and when we came back to collect our luggage they told us. Great service and much appreciated!!
