Because of the reviews I asked to see the room before booking. The staff was helpful. The room was clean, had wooden floors, and there was no signs of insects or mold. Though, there was a distinct smell that transferred to my clothes and luggage and remained when I came home. The hotel needs some renovation. The flaws are reflected in the price, which rightfully is lower than other hotels in central Nice. If you’re travelling on a budget, I would still say this is an ok hotel to stay the night. I slept well.
It has aircondition and an elevator. Situated close to the train station, main shopping street, nice places to eat, and the sea is within walking distance.
