Friendly staff, always willing to help. Loved the safe garden area and cool plces to sit. Very good price for basic, clean room and amenities. Great to have bus service at the front door for those who do have a car. Shopping area and restaurant close by was very useful. Room decor could have been better but I just tried to ignore it for the other benefits. Thank you for good service.

This is the best bang for buck you can find. Great spot to have quiet time with the family. The walk from the lobby to the unit, and the parking to the lobby was a grind, especially with bags and kids but whatever. Worth it

We were the last room on the main floor…a lot of walking to and from the front desk and room and parking lot. Other than that…everything was good!

The hotel is a college drom. Very basic, very clean and was very quiet. Very close to restaurants and stores. 17 min drive to downtown Ottawa. If you are lookong for a basic spacious place and affordable this is the place for you. Only negative was the bed kinda sucked. Bring a pillow and blanket to soften up the bed. But I would definitely stay there again!!
