Food, drink, beach was great. Most the staff was great. Had issues in our room with the bathroom. The ceiling and walls were leaking toilet water from above us. Reported the issue at 7am did not get another room until 7pm. Had to repeat and complain multiple times to multiple employees at the front desk. The manager on duty Jennifer did not resolve anything and kept putting us off. Another employee had me waiting in the lobby for Jennifer for over an hour 1/2 and neither showed back up. I had to complain to another manager who finally got us another room. Guess Jennifer’s shift ended and she didn’t care enough to fix the issue she knew about since her shift started at 8am or 9am. Ridiculous to tell us they had to get a room cleaned before they could check us in but they were steadily checking in other guest. Sucks I had to spend most of one day on vacation try to resolve this. Witness several people also complaining about plumbing issues from water leaking out of light fixtures to toilet dismounting off the wall with water leaks. The jets in our tub did not work either.
