I had a terrible experience with this property and would not recommend staying here. I was traveling with my two elderly parents, and upon arrival, we immediately encountered major issues that made it impossible for us to stay. The hotel was inaccessible, located in an alley, and one of the rooms was only accessible by walking through a kitchen, something that was never disclosed in the listing. This was completely unsuitable for my parents and created a huge inconvenience.
When we raised our concerns, the property owner told us that the refund decision was up to Expedia since they had already received payment. However, when we contacted Expedia, they claimed the decision was up to the property. The conflicting information and lack of accountability between both parties made the situation even more frustrating. Despite reaching out immediately, we were denied a refund, even though I was initially told I would receive a partial one.
This experience was a complete disappointment, and I would strongly caution anyone considering booking this property. The lack of transparency, poor accessibility, and refusal to take responsibility for the situation made this a frustrating and costly ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!
