Pros:
• The staff — especially Angelica Gonzales, Front Office Manager — are the true MVPs of this property. We encountered a couple of issues with our room, and both Angelica and the team handled them quickly and efficiently. Their responsiveness and professionalism really stood out.
• The location is excellent. Being from New York, I’d describe this area as Brooklyn’s version of Times Square. You’re right in the middle of everything — shops, restaurants, and theaters are all within easy reach.
Cons:
• The room was on the smaller side. We booked a king-size bed, and the space felt a bit tight for it. If you get up in the middle of the night with the lights off, be careful — you might stub a toe.
• There was no breakfast option available, only coffee.
