We had a very good stay here - Family of 4 we booked the quadruple room. We took the package with breakfast included and that worked out great. Good selection of breads - eggs - cereal and more
location is very convenient with multiple public transit options and lots of places are walkable.
Staff is great and helpful.

The room was dirty when we checked in. There were toenail clippings in the bathroom and hairs in the shower. The WiFi did not work but the location was very convenient. It was near transportation options for the airport and very walkable.

We had a basement room. Would have been nice to know that. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights but it was very uncomfortable and twin beds were hard as rocks.

Room did not have plug in for CPAP machine next to bed. Only had plug-ins for phones. Requested extension cord advised to buy one - hotel did not have one.
Ended up moving smaller bed closer to TV so I could plug in machine. Cannot sleep without aide of my machine so this was a significant concern that we were surprised had not been addressed previously - design flaw with room.
Hotel allowed us to check in an hour early for a fee.
This all said we liked everything else about hotel, including food service and location. Staff are friendly.
