O bufê de café-da-manhã é bom, com opções sem glúten (sou celíaco) mas achei meio desorganizado... A TV não tem streaming e os canais não possuem áudio original. O wi-fi não funcionou bem... Como eu estava à trabalho, passei pouco tempo no quarto e não achei tão ruim, mas estaria mais incomodado se estivesse de férias...

O atendimento é excelente, o que não me surpreende, pois Maceió de longe é a cidade mais acolhedora do nordeste, por isso que a escolhi para passar as férias com a minha mãe neste ano. O hotel é limpo e o clima é agradável. Não achei as instalações antigas como relatado em outras avaliações. A piscina tem um espaço agradável, mas acho que o horário que finaliza o acesso é muito cedo, 20hs. O café da manhã é muito gostoso com variedades ok pra ter uma refeição balanceada pela manhã e a localização é excelente, próximo à praia, a avenida e aos quiosques mais badalados de Ponta Verde e Pajuçara.
