I stayed at London Stay Apartments for a week , I enjoyed my stay the room was very nice with nice comfortable bed , kitchen , I would recommend this place and bus stop right out the door and Surrey Quay station and Mall are a 10 minute walk , the staff are very helpful and nice

Lovely room, with everything you need. Nasty stains noticed on stair carpet. One was a large bleach stain and the other looked as if someone had vomited. Otherwise would return. Staff friendly, handy location and rooms clean and good size.

Where do I start. The surrounding area is very poor and probably not the safest neighbourhood. There was no one in reception. My window room was changed to the basement! The room was dirty e.g., a bed throw had previous food stains on it. No mobile reception. Basic corner shops - no restaurants or cafes etc. Due to the quality of the room, I decided not to stay the final night and, at my own cost, returned home. During the day, I received an incorrect receipt saying that a payment had been made, although this was prepaid. I spent about an hour of work time trying to sort it out. A really bad experience that, if I had but used Expedia before, would have been my last.
