Wonderful Again.
This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. Parking can be a problem at the hotel, but if you are okay walking or taking an uber for short trips, it's not. The breakfast was always wonderful with so many choices. I love the fresh fruit and juices that were available. Great location. Right across the street is the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. I still wish they would get some staff that spoke some english.

Awesome stay in Panoramic View room
I'm not a Portuguese speaker and it would have been nice if there was someone on site that spoke some English. Google Translate was my fried when I needed to convey or get the help from the front desk. The only complaint I have is road noise. I understand that being right on the beach and the traffic is heavy, but the single pane windows let the sound right through it. Having said this, I was exhausted from all of my daily fun/sun/activities that after about 5 minutes, I fell asleep fairly quickly. Lots of beach activities right across the street, beautiful view, great breakfast buffet.

Em termos de qualidade, esse hotel é um 3 estrelas com muita boa vontade. Quarto ruim, com banheiro muito velho, vazando agua, toalhas manchadas e velhas. Os lençóis furados, manchados, os travesseiros horríveis. Não se engane peloas fotos. A academia é um cativeiro, NADA do que tem na foto.

Café da manhã muito tumultuado, com filas gigantes para entrar na área. Pequeno e mal organizado. Sujeito nos corredores (bolos de cabelo durante mais de uma semana que fiquei lá). Elevador sujo, quente, quase sempre com um deles quebrado. Estacionamento desorganizado. Funcionários desatentos. Minha quarta vez no hotel, e posso garantir que piorou demais. Não volto. Não recomendo.

A localização é excelente: orla linda com opção extensa de atividades. O Hotel tem recepção sempre cheia e o check-in e check-out tem tempo de espero prolongado. O quarto é bom: colchão, roupas de cama, ar condicionado e banheiro ok. Limpeza e cordialidade impecáveis. Agradecemos à Patricia pelo carinho da arrumação do quarto. O ponto FRACO do Hotel é o restaurante: pequeno, sempre cheio e com filas, de cardápio pouco variado e repetitivo.

O quarto era bem espaçoso, mas muito velho, com móveis desgastados, paredes sujas. O banheiro tinha lodo nos azulejos e na saboneteira. O café da manhã era bom, porém havia fila para entrar. Tivemos que ficar na fila esperando alguém sair para poder entrar e tomar caf é.
As únicas coisas boas foram a localização do hotel e os funcionários que foram muito atenciosos. Porém, não indico e nem repetiria a experiência.
O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente, principalmente nos quartos.
