O lixeiro do benheiro precisa ter tampa, os que têm são abertos e fica o mau cheiro dos papéis sujos, a papeleira do banheiro está muito proxima da bacia, eu que tenho uma estatura maior fica batendo a perna, ai fica uma situações desconfortável, o ar condicionado do quarto quebrou 3 vezes com vazamentos.

Cafe da manha excelente. Meu quarto tinha vista total da praia. Sperior Vista Praia, andar alto.
Os restaurantes melhores ficam 1 a 2 km do hotel na Pajajucara, assim ca preparado para caminhar ou usa Uber, que sao abundantes e a preco razoavel.

Apartamento 211 muito escuro e com a única janela virada para uma área de máquinas. Iluminação interna (lâmpadas fracas e amarelas). Banheiro também com pouca luminosidade natural e pressão da água muito fraca. Ficamos horas sem energia elétrica no hotel por problemas da rede interna.

Quarto horrível, chuveiro péssimo, só funcionava bem quente ou bem frio. Estacionamento para uns 15 carros, sendo q o hotel tem uns 100 quartos ou mais. Se na hora que chegar não tiver mais vaga, tem que deixar na rua e fica bem longe!!! Não voltarei mais nunca nesse hotel. A localização é ótima, porém o hotel é terrível!!! Completamente da unidade da Praia do Francês.

O hotel é muito bonito e bem localizado. A vista da praia é extraordinária. Fomos bem atendidos, porém o estacionamento do hotel é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, meu marido levou quase 30 minutos procurando vaga na rua e para quem está viajando 30 minutos perdidos atoa é muita coisa. Fomos na primeira semana de dezembro e o hotel estava muito movimentado. O café da manhã é de boa qualidade e bem variado. Em uma nova oportunidade de retornar a Maceió me hospedaria no hotel novamente.

As instalações são muito antigas. No quarta em que fiquei hospedado a cortina da janela estava caindo, o banheiro estava com a pia entupida e o Box do chuveiro com sujeira. Fiquei bem decepcionado.
O que realmente supera é atendimento e cordialidade da equipe, o café da manhã é sem dúvida a excelente localização.

Cheguei as 13 hs, portanto, antes do horario de ckin.
Mesmo assim, a suite só foi liberada 50 minutos alem das 14 hs. O quarto ainda estava molhado e com cabelos no chao.
