We arrived late that evening, and there was nobody on duty, we had to put a security code into a keypad to gain access. We then had to find our room and then input the security code again. The disappointing thing about this is that the room was quite dirty, we took a photograph of this and we provided this to the owner in the morning via an email from the receptionist as she could not get hold of the owner. We have sent that email twice and not had any response from the owner. We included the photograph to prove our point , but they were not interested in any compensation for the dirtiness. We also reported this to Expedia, who contacted the owner or more than one occasion who refused to provide any compensation, even though they had a copy of the photograph clearly detailing the dirtiness.
