Positiv: Das Frühstück war großartig und qualitätiv sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage in Mitten des Kiez war perfekt für Partygänger. Die Matratzen waren super und der Schlaf deshalb erholsam. Negativ: Duschen war nicht möglich, weil die Armatur komplett verkalkt war und man deshalb nicht auf die Duschbrause umschalten konnte.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Überall hängen tolle Fotos von Hamburg. Das Hotel hat echt Charme. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gemütlich und sauber. Wir bekamen Infos wo wir lecker speisen können und da es regnete wurden uns Schirme mitgegeben. Sehr fürsorglich! Das Frühstück war der Oberhammer! Frisch, reichhaltig, lecker. Einziger Kritikpunkt...wir hatten das Zimmer an der Brandschutztür und diese und auch Zimmertüren schließen sehr laut, so dass wir Nachts und am frühen Morgen immer wieder aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden.

Plus för frukosten som hade rikligt utbud men minus för kaffet där det bara fanns på pumptermos och då alldeles för svagt. Minus för service; oerhört slött bemötande i reception. Rum OK, men ligger under snittet av fräschör för hotellklassen. Rum väldigt lyhört när dörrar stängs, vaknade ett flertal ggr av det. Området rufft men det visste jag om.

Hotel Hanseport liegt sehr Zentral, man kann fussläufig alles erreichen. Das Zimer war wie gewünscht ein Nichtraucherzimmer. Leider hatten wir keinen geschlossenen Kleiderschrank, lediglich eine Garderobe. Da wir nicht zum Ersten Mal hier übernachtet haben, waren wir diesmal etwas enttäuscht. Die Zimmer bedürfen mal einer general Überholung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider nicht so üppig, wie wir das aus der Vergangenheit kannten (diese Bewertung hat nichts mit den Coronaveränderungen zu tun). Ob wir nochmal hierher kommen ist noch fraglich.
